SHIPPING
Orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday), except for national and local holidays and special delivery requests.
SHIPMENTS IN ITALY:
Shipments in Italy are made via Poste Italiane courier.
Delivery is made in 1-5 working days from the confirmation of the order and requires a contribution of 5 € for orders under 300,00 €. Delivery is free of charge for larger orders.
SHIPMENTS IN EUROPE:
Shipments in Europe are made by Poste Italiane courier.
The order is delivered within 2-7 working days and the cost is attributed directly to the cart. Shipping is free for orders over € 300.00.
SHIPMENTS TO NON CEE COUNTRIES:
The order is delivered within 1-2 weeks (excluding customs clearance) and the cost is allocated directly to the shopping cart. Shipping is free of charge for orders over €300.00.
The shipping address of your order must correspond to the site of the country where you placed the order. Orders placed from a country other than the shipping address will be automatically cancelled.
In case of refusal of shipment or non-delivery for reasons not attributable to the Seller (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the addressee; repeated absence of the addressee; non-compliance with customs procedures; etc.), the amount to cover the following expenses shall be withheld: outward and return shipment, duties and customs costs.
RETURNS
A return can be requested if the product received does not correspond to that indicated in the order or is damaged.
To request a return, it is necessary to contact support at info@atelierleonardovenezia.com.
Once the actual problem with the delivered product has been verified, the package may be returned at the expense of Atelierl Leonardo Venezia.
A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
